Humboldt Park Health (HPH), a vital healthcare institution on Chicago’s West Side, has long served a diverse, multilingual, and historically underserved population. As the hospital expanded its services and deepened its commitment to equity, its digital presence lagged behind—fragmented, outdated, and difficult to navigate for patients, partners, and staff. HPH needed a website that reflected its mission: “Advancing health equity with dignity and respect.” Our task was to translate that ethos into a seamless, accessible, and empowering digital experience.
